ABOUT HEATHER:

Heather McGrath is an award winning Commercial Director and Photographer. She works as a local in Boston and NYC. She can handle anything from a small social campaign to a broadcast commercial, and has done so for a vast array of clients. 

Heather left a career as a designer and retoucher to put the camera in her hands. She loves the physical and mental challenges it brings. Though she still retouches all of her own work. She is also completely enamored with light and may never fall out of love with it.

Heather’s narratives are a balance of light and dark. Her beauty and lifestyle work emulates the strength and weakness of the wild. Her characters are not afraid to weather the storm and get a little dirty. They face their fears, push past them to tackle their shadows and muck through the dirt + grime to find beauty and balance. She tries to find commercial clients that also want to showcase strength and beauty in their message.
